More controller support, Eileen, and Gascoigne fix

Made some bugfixes- the biggest one is that Gascoigne could occasionally get stuck and become unresponsive if he attacked a wall with a certain attack- this has been fixed so he'll keep coming after you.

The dialog boxes hadn't supported controllers, which was an oversight, and apparently some controllers weren't supporting the D-pad. Thanks Calmez for fixing that! https://github.com/calme

Also I added Eileen. Everybody got really sad when they went to the balcony where she would be and she wasn't there.
